Tracy Edwards who is the only known surviving victim of Jeffrey Dahmer.  After escaping from Dahmer, Edwards led police to his apartment.

Edwards has handwritten, "Here's me a few years back someone sent to not its yours. :-)  I don't have any writing paper sorry hopefully I hear from you soon."
