Tommy Lynn Sell was an American serial killer dubbed the  "Coast to Coast" and "Cross Country Serial Killer" executed by the state of Texas on April 3, 2014.
 
9" x 12" full color pre-conviction drawing done while Sells was awaiting trial in Del Rio which he sent to his witch friend. The artwork is of flowers and a candle. Hand signed at the bottom with his moniker misspelled,  Tommy Lynn Sells cost to cost.
