Todd Christopher Kohlhepp was born Todd Sampsell and is an American serial killer convicted of murdering seven people in South Carolina. On November 3, 2016 police found Kala Brown chained inside of a metal shipping container on his property. Her boyfriend was later found buried on the property. Two other bodies were later found on his property.
Kohlhepp first got in trouble with the law at the age of 15 Kohlhepp when we was convicted of kidnapping and raping a 14-year old girl in Tempe, Arizona for which he served 14 years. Kohlhepp was released in 2001 and moved to South Carolina.
