Theodore Robert Bundy 8 1/2" x 14" two page Warrant to Arrest dated February 1978 State of Florida, Columbia County.  

In part it reads, "... did then and there unlawfully and with intent to injury and defraud make, forge and counterfeit a written order for the payment of money, to wit: a credit card invoice drawn on the Master Charge credit card account of William R. Evans, account number 53493-014-7601387, dated the 7th day of February, 1978, in the amount of $9.67, with the name William R. Evans forged thereon..."

This is an original copy from the court that was kept on file while Bundy was awaiting trial.
