Theodore Robert Bundy Cowell serial killer executed by the State of Florida January 24, 1989.

8 1/2" x 11" one page typed letter dated October 30, 1978 which was composed and sent by Bundy while he was awaiting trial for both Leach and the Chi Omega murders making this a rare pre-conviction letter.

The top mail fold had been torn and taped by the previous owner.  The letter is completely readable and has no effect on his signature.
