Sean Sellers who was executed by the State of Oklahoma on February 5, 1999 and was the last person put to death in the United States for crimes committed at the age of 16. Sellers murdered his mother, step father and a convenience store clerk. Original check in the amount of $20.00 and sent by Sellers.  The check is issued by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections and dated January 20, 1999 just two weeks before his execution. The recipient's name has been removed from the scan but is on the actual check.  Sellers name and DOC number appear on the bottom of the check.
