Sandra Collins Good aka "Blue" a longtime member of the Charles Manson Family and one of Charlie's most loyal women.  For a time after her release from prison she went by the last name Collins.
 
8 1/2" x 11" one page letter dated February 8, 1991 from Warden J.S. Stainer to Sandra Good aka Blue with his reason for denying her visiting with Charlie. 

Not sure if this letter is a copy or the original. It was sent by Sandy to a friend in the early 1990's.
