Samuel Little aka Samuel McDowell is a serial killer who recently confessed to 93 murders in at least 16 states across the United States making him the most prolific serial killer in US history. Little passed away on December 30, 2020.
 
8 1/2" x 14" two page letter written two months before Little died in a prison hospital. Interesting and deep content from Little and hand signed with a large signature, Mr. Sam, with a large smiley face, perhaps a self portrait before his autograph as the close of this letter and above the PS.
 
Includes the original prison stamped envelope postmarked October 5, 2020 and completely written by Little and hand signed, Sam Little.
