Ricardo Leyva Munoz Ramirez known as Richard Ramirez aka "The Night Stalker" was an American serial killer, burglar and rapist who terrorized California and committed at least 14 murders between June of 1984 until his capture in August of 1985. Ramirez died while awaiting execution on California's death row.
 
Two page handwritten letter on the front and back of stationary which reads, "Sexual Excuse Pad" written to a woman who was close with Ramirez and would visit him on death row. 
 
In the letter Ramirez talks about The Simpsons and asks his female friend which of his pen pals wants to give him head.
