Richard Ramirez aka "The Night Stalker" was an American serial killer, burglar and rapist who terrorized California and committed at least 14 murders between June of 1984 until his capture in August of 1985. Ramirez died while awaiting execution on California's death row.

Includes the mailing envelope completely written by the Night Stalker and hand signed in the upper left corner, Richard Ramirez.
There is some unknown staining along the lower left side and bottom of the envelope.
