Randy Steven Kraft is an American serial killer known as the "Scorecard Serial Killer," "Freeway Killer," and "Southern California Strangler" who raped, mutilated and tortured at least 16 men with a body count believed to be at 67. 

Kraft's personal copy of his September 9, 2002 copy of Sport's Illustrated magazine which he received and owned on death row before mailing this to a friend. Kraft sent this in the original plastic in which it was received.
