Rae Lamar Wiggins known as Rae Theotis Carruth is a former first round NFL draft pick in 1997 and wide receiver for the Carolina Panthers. He was found guilty of conspiracy for having his pregnant girlfriend Cherica Adams murdered. Carruth is scheduled to be released from prison in 2018.
