Phillip Carl Jablonski was a serial killer known as the “Deadly Urges Killer” who murdered at least 5 women. Jablonski died on California's death row December 27, 2019.

3" x 4" inmate priority pass for January 8, 2018 for Jablonski to attend a medical appointment. This would also make a nice addition to a crime and punishment collection being that condemned inmates are no longer housed at San Quentin so there won't be more of these in the future.
 
This pass allowed Jablonski to move from his cell, 66 located on the bottom floor of east block of California's condemned row to his medical appointment and back to his cell.
