Phillip Carl Jablonski was a serial killer known as the “Deadly Urges Killer” who murdered at least 5 women. Jablonski died on California's death row December 27, 2019.

This is an amazing of crime and punishment memorabilia in itself from a time when California's condemned prisoners  did all of their shopping on California's infamous death row at San Quentin State Prison.
