Phillip Carl Jablonski was a serial killer known as the “Deadly Urges Killer” who murdered at least 5 women. Jablonski died on California's death row December 27, 2019.

Montana 1948 a novel by Larry Watson. This copy belonged to Jablonski while he was on death row at San Quentin State Prison in California.  He sent this book to a longtime friend, and wrote a handwritten dedication and signed the title page, "Decided (sic) to ___ a great friend, your friend for life, Phillip Carl Jablonski San Quentin Death Row, great reading."
