Ottis Toole was an American arsonis, cannibal, serial killer, and sidekick of Henry Lee Lucas. 
The two claimed to be members of the self-proclaimed "Hand of Death" cult. 
 
Toole remains the prime suspect in the in disappearance of Adam Walsh who disappeared from a Hollywood shopping center in 1981.
