Ottis Toole dead arsonist cannibal serial killer and sidekick of serial killer, Henry Lee Lucas. Members of the self-proclaimed "Hand of Death" cult.  Toole is believed to have murdered Adam Walsh who disappeared from a Hollywood shopping center in 1981.
