Ottis Toole was the sidekick of Henry Lee Lucas, a convicted killer and self procliamed serial killer who is believed to have murdered Adam Walsh who disappeared from a Hollywood, Florida shopping center in 1981.

8 1/2" x 11"  two page handwritten letter penned by Toole.
