Eldon Wayne Hoke aka El Duce was an American musician who played drums and sang for the rock band The Mentors from 1976 until the time of his death in 1997. 
 
Original food coupons booklet which is empty. There are no food stamps. Duce busted them for beer. The cover and the backside are intact. 

The cover is inscribed to a friend. El has penned, "Bust a stamp for beer." Hand signed, El Duce.
