Marc Sappington Kansas vampire spree serial killer.  Convicted of killing four and eating body parts of at least one victim. Card mailed from prison in which Sappington is not too happy with his pen pal.  He asked why this person has not kept their word, that he knows they are writing Rader and he wants to know exactly what's going on.  He has mailed back a portion of one of their letters to him on which he has underlined sentences and drawn a ?.  Signed, Me.
