Lawrence Bittaker serial killer dubbed "Toolbox Killer.” Bittaker was sentenced to death in March 1981 while his accomplice Roy Norris received 45 years to life.
 
6 typed pages printed on 3 sheets of paper completely written in French. Bittaker couldn't read what the sender included so he included a couple of question marks on the outside of the envelope where he signed it before sending it to a longtime friend.
