Judith Ann Neelley a female American convicted murderer who along with her husband Alvin was convicted of two torture murders. Originally sentenced to death, her sentence was commuted to life in prison with the possibility of parole.

4" x 6" unpublished photo was taken while Neelley was still on death row at the Julia Tutwiler Prison in Alabama. This photo is the original one that Neelley had sent via a third party to an incarcerated man she was romantically involved with at the time.
