John Wayne Gacy aka the "Killer Clown" and "Pogo the Clown" who was convicted of 33 murders in and around his Des Plaines, Illinois home. Gacy was executed via lethal injection on May 10, 1994.

Gacy directs that after the people of Cook County in the State of Illinois has been paid, that his mother, sister, and Chaplain Ray receive the remaining funds. He has hand signed  this document twice. in full, John Wayne Gacy.
