John Wayne Gacy also known as "Pogo the Clown" and the "Killer Clown" was convicted of 33 murders and executed by the State of Illinois on May 10, 1994.

8 1/2" x 11" typed letter dated October 29, 1980, less than a year after Gacy arrived on death row which consists of things Gacy is requesting from his legal team. Some of the things Gacy is asking for includes copies of the five statements he made at the Des Plaines Police Department. He also requests a list of sexual partners, bisexual politican list, etc.
