Convicted of murdering Michael Moore, Stevie Branch and Chris Byers.  The West Memphis 3; Charles Jason Baldwin, Damien Echols and Jessie Llloyd Misskelley Jr. were released from prison on August 19, 2011. Their convictions were not overturned and instead they agreed to an Alford Plea.
