James Michael Munro is an American serial killer and accomplice of "Freeway Killer" William Bonin who was executed by the state of California on February 23, 1996. Munro is now a transgender and has changed his name to Tina Marie.
8 1/2" x 11" two page indictment dated June 1981 which was mailed by Munro to a friend.
