Issei Sagawa aka Pang is a Japanese cannibal who in 1981 murdered and cannibalized Renee Hartevelt who was attending school in Paris France.
 
What looks like an album cover sleeve opens up to a message from The Japanese Cannibal.
 
Sagawa writes, "Dear locks of hair bound" and affixed his blood below.
Sagawa has drawn an arrow to his blood and written, "my blood."
