Howard Milton Belcher African American gay basher serial killer.  Convicted for the murders of Matthew Abney and Mark Schaller and a suspect in at least three other Georgia murders including; Artilles McKinney and Leroy Tyler. 
Recent reports are that Belcher is in failing health most likely due to HIV.
 
Prison owned Kufi obtained while Belcher was housed at the Georgia State Prison.
