Henry Louis Wallace a former Taco Bell manager and Charlotte, North Carolina African American serial killer who killed at least ten women.

Three page handwritten letter hand signed, Henry. In the letter he names someone who he says informs him of people collecting his items. On the last page he lists several names of people he suspects played him over the years.
Wallace has included his prison canteen receipt from December 2017.
The prison stamped envelope has been completley written by Henry and hand signed, Henry L. Wallace.
