Henry Lee Lucas was a serial killer whose death sentence was commuted to life by then Texas Governor George W Bush. Lucas sometimes committed crimes with deceased cannibal, Ottis Elwood Toole. The duo confessed to hundreds of murders and claimed to be part of the Hand Of Death cult. Lucas died on March 12, 2001.
