Guy Georges born Guy Rampillon, French serial killer dubbed "The Beast of the Bastille". Georges was convicted of murdering seven women between 1991 and 1997. 

Two page handwritten letter dated 2004. Signed twice. The first page is signed, "Georges, Guy" and again signed at the close.
