Guy Georges born Guy Rampillon, French serial killer dubbed "The Beast of the Bastille". Georges was convicted of murdering seven women between 1991 and 1997.

Two page handwritten letter dated 2004, hand signed twice. Hand signed on the front, Georges, Guy, and hand signed again at the close. 
Includes the original mailing envelope postmarked August 23, 2004 with three handwritten lines of address penned by Georges.
