Kevin M. Allin aka "GG Allin" was an infamous American shock rock musician who was known for abusing himself and his audience.
Allin penned this letter on the back of a photocopied article which he tore off the bottom of the paper with no effect on the article or his writing. The headline reads, "Rock musician told to undergo psychiatric exam in assault case" while he was serving time in a Michigan prison. The letter is hand signed at the close, GG Allin.
