Elmer Wayne Henley Jr. who lured young boys to "The Candy Man" serial killer Dean Arnold Corll to be tortured and killed which ended in 1973 when Henley murdered Corll. 
 
4" x 5" hand painted Christmas greetings from 1993 which was done in prison by Henley and unfolds to 8" x 5" in size. 
Wayne sent this to someone who used it as a Christmas card incuding a handwritten message.
