Dennis Lynn Rader Wichita Kansas' Bind Torture Killer serial murderer aka BTK.  

4 3/4" x 9" hand drawn artwork titled "Secret Pal" which was sent to a close friend of Rader's. Hand signed twice on the front, first with his initials, DLR, and again at the bottom next to a hand drawn heart signed, Dennis. 
Rader has also written on the back.
Includes the original Valentine's Day card sent by the woman to Rader with a handwritten message inside of the card. Rader has made a notation on the back of the Valentine's card.
