Charles Chitat Ng is a serial killer who along with Leonard Lake committed between 11 and 25 torture murders in a remote cabin 150 miles east of San Francisco, California.
 
Lake committed suicide when taken into custody and Ng was sentenced to death.

Includes the original San Quentin State Prison stamped mailing envelope with 8 lines of address penned by Ng and hand signed, Charles Ng.
 
This letter is from the now defunct San Quentin State Prison death row when Ng was housed on its infamous east block.
