Charles Chitat Ng torture serial killer who along with Leonard Lake committed between 11 and 25 torture murders in a remote cabin 150 miles east of San Francisco, California. Lake committed suicide when taken into custody and Ng is currently dreaming up ways to get his hands on some egg-rolls as he awaits his execution.

One page letter dated October 9, 1989 from Ng which he sent to a pen pal while he was in Canada fighting extradition to the United States.
