Charles Manson two 8 1/2" x 11' copies of his original, United States Department of Justice "Notice of Release and Arrival" dated March 21, 1967 which was issued upon Charlie's release from the Federal Correctional Institution - Terminal Island, California and includes a copy of Manson's signature.
 
The 2nd page i also dated March 21, 1967 granting Charlie permission to travel to San Francisco, California, Spokane and Seattle, Washington to locate relatives and establish employment which includes a copy of a signature from Manson's probation officer.
