Charles Manson 8 1/2" x 11" kite with a cartoon of Charlie and Jeff Harnden aka Pee Wee who was his neighbor in the hole. Pee Wee has drawn him and Charlie in one of his "Charley Sez" cartoons having a conversation about a necklace which Manson gave him.  
Pee Wee has written a note to Manson and signed this, Jeff Harnden. Manson has then responded to him on both sides writing his feelings about musician Marilyn Manson. Hand signed below the drawing, Charles Mac Manson.
