William "Bill" Lester Suff known as the "Riverside Prostitute Killer" and the "Lake Elsinore Killer" in California.  After serving 10 years of a 70 year sentence in Texas for murdering his infant child he relocated to California and killed no less than 12 women and is suspected of killing 22 women.

5 1/2" x 4" hand made card which opens up to 5 1/2" x 8" in size. When unfolded, the front and back are part of the same artwork. Includes a handwritten message on the inside. Hand dated May 2002 and hand signed, Love, Bill L. Suff. 
The back of the card is signed twice, BILSUF Card, and, Bill L. Suff.
As some collectors know, it is extremely difficult to get Suff artwork and he has been known to scam several people out of money for things he never sends.
