Aileen Carol Wuornos was a female serial killer who was executed via lethal injection by the state of Florida on October 9, 2002. 

8 1/2" x 11" four page handwritten letter penned on four separate sheets of paper, hand dated, January 6, 1997 with doodles, a colored in box, and at least one smiley face inside of the letter.
The top of the first page is hand signed, Aileen Wuornos.
Hand signed again at the close, Aileen.

Includes the original prison mailed envelope postmarked with 10 lines of handwritten address by Wuornos and hand signed, Aileen Wuornos.
 
Wuornos letters penned in red are scarce and written early in her incarceration.
