Aileen Carol Wuornos was a female serial killer who was executed via lethal injection by the state of Florida on October 9, 2002. 
 
Hair from the head of Aileen Wuornos enclosed in the original envelope with a handwritten message on the front and hand dated. Wuornos has sealed the envelope before sending this to her childhood friend Dawn shortly after being sentenced to death.
She has written on the front, "My hair 10-5-92.  Bangs cut with razor."
