William George "Bill" Bonin aka "The Freeway Killer" was an American serial killer executed by the state of California on February 23, 1996. 

8 1/2" x 11" two  page typed letter on one sheet of paper and dated September 24, 1995 and hand signed at the close, Your Loving Friend and Brother in Christ, Bill.
Includes the original San Quentin State Prison stamped mailing envelope postmarked September 25, 1995.
