The letter is hand dated October 12, 1983 with lots of personal and family related content.
Hand signed at the close, Love, Ted.
 
Includes the prison mailed envelope postmarked October 13, 1983. Doodles on back of the envelope most likely done by the recipient.
The front of the envelope is completely written by Bundy, hand signed, T. Bundy.
