Roy Lewis Norris serial killer dubbed the Murder Mac or Toolbox Killers for the crimes he committed with Lawrence Sigmund Bittaker. Norris received a lesser sentence of 45 years to life for cooperating and testifying against Bittaker.
 
Bittaker died in prison on December 13, 2019 and Norris passed away on February 24, 2020.
