Richard Baumhammers a former immigration attorney who went on a racially motivated crime spree on April 28, 2000.  Baumhammers murdered five and paralyzed another for which he was sentenced to death. One page dated March 19, 2009 signed, "Richard". Includes the original prison mailed envelope postmarked March 20, 2009.
