Ottis Toole dead arsonist, cannibal, serial killer, and sidekick of serial killer Henry Lee Lucas both self proclaimed members of the  "Hand of Death" cult. Believed by some to have murdered Adam Walsh who disappeared from a Hollywood shopping center in 1981.
