Henry Lee Lucas serial killer whose death sentence was commuted to life by then Texas Governor George W Bush. Lucas sometimes committed crimes with deceased cannibal, Ottis Elwood Toole. The duo confessed to hundreds of murders and claimed to be members of the Hand of Death cult.
