Donald Henry "Pee Wee" Gaskins was an American serial killer who was executed by electrocution on September 6, 1991 in the state of South Carolina. 

8 1/2" x 14" two page handwritten letter on one sheet of yellow lined paper hand dated November 22, 1983 with excellent content. The letter is written to a close friend who was hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital at the time and while Pee Wee was in the hole for the murder of Rudolph Tyner. 
In part Gaskins writes about his time in the hole since the killing of Tyner. He goes on to talk about other inmates in the prison and what they are saying in regards to the Tyner murder.  Gaskins also tells his friend that he did not kill Tyner and is taking the fall for two other inmates which he names in the letter.
