Donald PeeWee Gaskins serial killer executed by the State of South Carolina. 

8 1/2" x 14" one page handwritten letter dated December 27, 1983 with excellent content. The letter is written to a close friend who was hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital at the time and while Pee Wee was in the hole for the murder of Rudolph Tyner.  Hand signed at the close, Pee Wee Gaskins. 
Includes the original mailing envelope signed, Donald H. Gaskins, with both his and the recipient's addresses written in his hand.
